SETTINGS TO CHANGE
Your phone & computer is designed to make you addicted to it, so here are some thing you can do to your phone or computer to help eliminate that:
1) Set-up screen time: This can help keep you in check about how long you spend on an app.
2) Delete unnecessary apps
3) Minimize your home screen: Remove unwanted clutter.
4) Turn on greyscale: This makes your phone less addicting and you will want to be on it less.
5) Make motivational wallpaper: See bottom of this post for some free PDF downloads of minimalist wall paper and inspiring quotes.
6) Turn on focus or do not disturb:
7) Set a time limit on any distracting apps:
My #1 tip is putting your phone or computer on greyscale.
HEALTHY HABITS
1) Get up every 20 minutes and stared 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
2) Break up your screen time.
3) Have intentional screen-time
4) Stand up while you are working.
